A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed at an elementary level (grades K - 5), working in person for a contract role through the end of this school year. This position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, but part-time hours can be discussed to fit your needs.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school environment preferred
- Comfort and skill working with elementary-aged students (grades K - 5)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for elementary students
- Provide direct therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain thorough records, complete required documentation, and attend IEP meetings
- Offer strategies, support, and education to teachers and families
- Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere to help every student thrive
