Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid SLP license for the state of Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Actively participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Provide consultation, support, and training as needed to teachers and school personnel
