Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in the state of Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are considered
  • Experience or strong interest in school settings and pediatric populations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students during the school day, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Collaborate and consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for students
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
