  • Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse classroom needs
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating within multi-disciplinary education teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Track progress and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster academic and social growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
  • Educate staff and caregivers regarding communication supports and strategies
  • Advocate for students needs within the school setting
