Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and adaptable, with the ability to manage caseloads of diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments in accordance with school district and state guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapeutic services to students with various speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and state-required paperwork
- Consult with educators and families to provide strategies that promote student success across learning environments
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in ongoing professional development sessions
