Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and adaptable, with the ability to manage caseloads of diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments in accordance with school district and state guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapeutic services to students with various speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and state-required paperwork
• Consult with educators and families to provide strategies that promote student success across learning environments
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in ongoing professional development sessions
