Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcome
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Passion for providing engaging, evidence-based therapy to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as required
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and strategies
  • Maintain necessary documentation and student records per district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide consultation and resources to support classroom learning and student integration
