Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Florida
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are also encouraged to apply
- Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and problem solve in dynamic school environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement therapy goals and individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers
- Document student progress and maintain timely records
- Attend IEP and team meetings as required
- Deliver direct, indirect, and consultative services to students in individual or group settings
