Job Description

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Florida
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve in dynamic school environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement therapy goals and individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers
  • Document student progress and maintain timely records
  • Attend IEP and team meetings as required
  • Deliver direct, indirect, and consultative services to students in individual or group settings
