Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
• Foster inclusive learning environments and facilitate communication opportunities for all students
• Engage in ongoing assessment and adapt strategies to ensure student progress
