Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, according to IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
