Job Description

Qualifications and desired experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
- Comfort with collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities include:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to determine students needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and building-wide initiatives
- Maintain timely and accurate records of services and outcomes
