Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience providing speech and language services in school-based settings
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessments, IEPs, and progress monitoring
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in diverse educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group) to support students goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress through documentation and regular reporting
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
• Stay current on best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
