• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in Florida
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff, families, and caregivers
• Organizational skills for documentation and case management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Assess and evaluate students to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education team members, and parents
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and mandated reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student support
• Offer support and guidance to classroom staff regarding speech and language strategies
