Job Description

This role calls for ten skilled SLPs who are passionate about providing high-quality therapy to a range of age groups at multiple schools throughout the area. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Florida SLP license required
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with a variety of caseloads and effective in adapting therapy strategies
  • Availability to work full-time for the 2026-2027 academic year (August through May)
  • Willingness to travel to various schools as needed
  • Candidate zip code required to coordinate commutes effectively
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to participate in prescreen interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to students across multiple schools and age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions, maintaining thorough documentation
  • Support district initiatives, possibly including both on-site and teletherapy modalities as needed
