A dynamic opportunity is available for six licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a vibrant school setting in Tampa, FL. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, throughout the current school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, individual therapy, and collaborative service delivery within schools
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and ongoing therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered and student outcomes
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as required
