Job Description

  • Valid Washington SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong clinical fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individual education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
  • Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions
  • Consult with educators and parents to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and team planning
  • Serve as a resource for classroom teachers regarding speech and language development
