Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current, valid SLP license for the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with students in Pre-K, early childhood, Grades K-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
• Able to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to suit each students needs and learning level

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from preschool through high school
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators and families
• Assess, track, and report student progress toward communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Offer training and support to teachers and staff on strategies for supporting communication development
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment within general and special education settings
