Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• State licensure as required for practice
• Experience or comfort working with diverse age groups: Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, and High School
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques for pediatric populations
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with student goals
• Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and support in classroom or one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success
• Accurately maintain records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and resources for school staff and caregivers as needed
