We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services to K-12 students. Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility/willingness to obtain before start date)
- Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) or open to securing ESA credentials
- Fingerprinting through OSPI (or willingness to complete this process)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting is desirable, but passionate new graduates are also invited to apply
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K-12
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams and families
- Conduct screenings and assessments to determine student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Actively participate in school meetings, professional development, and student-centered initiatives
