We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services to K-12 students. Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility/willingness to obtain before start date)
• Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) or open to securing ESA credentials
• Fingerprinting through OSPI (or willingness to complete this process)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting is desirable, but passionate new graduates are also invited to apply

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K-12
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams and families
• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Actively participate in school meetings, professional development, and student-centered initiatives
