The district is seeking 3-5 dedicated individuals to join for the upcoming school yearinterviews and offers are moving quickly!

What youll bring:

• Washington State SLP License (or eligibility)
• ESA Certification required
• CCC or CFY consideredenthusiastic new grads encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based settings is valued, but not required
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills across preschool through high school populations
• Willingness to adapt age group focus after placement discussion

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and communication evaluations for varied age groups (up to 50 students/caseload)
• Develop and implement robust IEPs, delivering individualized therapy for a range of needs (articulation, language, fluency, and social communication)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and administrators to develop supportive strategies
• Provide parent and staff consultation, contribute to professional development, and foster inclusive learning environments
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for IEPs, Medicaid billing, and service logs
• Effectively manage schedules, meetings, and caseload demands across sites
