This full-time opportunity is ideal for SLPs who are eager to make a positive impact across multiple school sites, collaborating with an inclusive and supportive team. The district is seeking 3-5 dedicated individuals to join for the upcoming school yearinterviews and offers are moving quickly!
What youll bring:
- Washington State SLP License (or eligibility)
- ESA Certification required
- CCC or CFY consideredenthusiastic new grads encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings is valued, but not required
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills across preschool through high school populations
- Willingness to adapt age group focus after placement discussion
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and communication evaluations for varied age groups (up to 50 students/caseload)
- Develop and implement robust IEPs, delivering individualized therapy for a range of needs (articulation, language, fluency, and social communication)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and administrators to develop supportive strategies
- Provide parent and staff consultation, contribute to professional development, and foster inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for IEPs, Medicaid billing, and service logs
- Effectively manage schedules, meetings, and caseload demands across sites
