Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric experience will be considered.
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized and informal evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and small group settings.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress.
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Offer consultative support to staff regarding communication strategies within the classroom.
