Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students individual needs
• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other service providers to support students educational goals
• Maintain and update accurate records, progress notes, and required special education documentation
• Engage in IEP meetings and provide input to support student success
• Educate families and staff on strategies to foster student communication development
