Job Description

As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric care, youll work directly with students, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to empower young learners and help them reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) in the state
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable therapy goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families relating to communication disorders
