Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with school-aged children preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments for students in diverse grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and student goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings; communicate student progress to parents and educational team members
• Consult with classroom teachers to support integration of therapy goals within daily instruction
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence for each student
