Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments for students in diverse grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and student goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings; communicate student progress to parents and educational team members
- Consult with classroom teachers to support integration of therapy goals within daily instruction
- Create a welcoming, supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence for each student
