Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current or eligible licensure as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP certification or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Provide teletherapy and/or in-person services as needed
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert input
  • Adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student populations and learning environments
