Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong background in pediatric or school-based SLP services
  • Knowledge and experience with teletherapy platforms
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to K-6 students at one site
  • Manage a manageable caseload (6-8 students, subject to change)
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and staff
  • Conduct and document therapy sessions (individual or group)
  • Monitor and report on student progress
