Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background in pediatric or school-based SLP services
- Knowledge and experience with teletherapy platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to K-6 students at one site
- Manage a manageable caseload (6-8 students, subject to change)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and staff
- Conduct and document therapy sessions (individual or group)
- Monitor and report on student progress
