Ideal candidates will bring:

• A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience providing therapy services to pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
• Familiarity with a variety of age groups, including Early Childhood, K-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12
• Strong skills in assessment, IEP development, and documentation
• Excellent collaboration and communication with students, staff, and families
• Comfort in adapting therapy approaches to diverse learning needs

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
• Delivering direct and consultative SLP services to students from Pre-K through high school
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and educational success
• Maintaining accurate records and timely documentation to comply with program requirements
• Involving families and teachers in intervention strategies to promote generalization of skills
