Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, including early childhood and school-aged children
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and intervention strategies across Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy services individually or in group settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress in school environments
• Document evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions according to district and regulatory requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school atmosphere
