Make a difference in the lives of students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist working across multiple age groups, including Pre-K through high school. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, including early childhood and school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and intervention strategies across Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Provide direct therapy services individually or in group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress in school environments
- Document evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions according to district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school atmosphere
