Desired Skills and Experience:

• California SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience in educational and healthcare settings working with pediatric populations, ideally in schools
• Competency with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy in individual and group settings, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Provide guidance and training to staff and family members on supporting communication at school and home
