Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligible for CFY
  • Familiarity with pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP caseloads
  • Experience across teletherapy and traditional therapy preferred
  • Knowledge of current IEP systems and willingness to learn district protocols
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for serving schools and adaptability in itinerant settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs in compliance with district and state standards
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, potentially across multiple schools
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and support plans
  • Engage in team meetings and offer mentorship or supervision as appropriate
  • Document services and progress in line with district guidelines
