Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Experience in a school-based setting with students in preK8th grade
• Familiarity with assessment tools and therapy techniques for diverse learning needs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with families and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy services for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with best practices and district guidelines
• Consult with educators and families to support student learning across academic and social settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity
