Job Description

In this position, youll work directly with a single schools caseload, collaborating with educators and families to help young learners reach their communication milestones. Youll have the chance to showcase your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student development.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Active WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • ESA State Certification
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs with CCC welcome
  • Demonstrated background in pediatric therapy, preferably in educational or healthcare settings
  • Experience or interest in teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy for elementary and preschool students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each students success
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEPs and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and school-based initiatives
