Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
• Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each students goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
• Monitor student progress and regularly update documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Provide consultation to teachers and families to support classroom communication strategies
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress reports
