• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience with school-age populations or in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation in compliance with educational standards
