Exciting opportunities are on the horizon for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) interested in shaping student success for the 20262027 academic year. We are actively seeking passionate school-based SLPs and SLPAs with a strong commitment to making a difference in the Houston area. These contract positions offer you the chance to collaborate with dynamic educational teams, help students overcome communication challenges, and build lasting professional relationships.

Ideal candidates excel in engaging school communities, demonstrate excellent clinical skills, and thrive in student-centered environments. Bilingual SLPs are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and up-to-date Texas SLP or SLPA license (screenshot required for submission)
  • Previous school-based SLP or SLPA experience
  • Reliable transportation for daily on-site attendance
  • Ability to successfully complete and pay for district background/fingerprinting requirements within three days of contract signing
  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and teachers to assess and support student needs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of student IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Attend relevant meetings and trainings as required
