Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Proven experience working in pediatric settings, especially within schools
- Strong diagnostic, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each students needs, focusing on educational impact
- Work closely with teachers and support teams to ensure integration of speech goals within the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and communication logs
- Contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and collaborate on goal-setting
- Offer guidance and training to educators and families in supporting communication development
