Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Proven experience working in pediatric settings, especially within schools
  • Strong diagnostic, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each students needs, focusing on educational impact
  • Work closely with teachers and support teams to ensure integration of speech goals within the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and communication logs
  • Contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and collaborate on goal-setting
  • Offer guidance and training to educators and families in supporting communication development
