This onsite role for the 20262027 school year offers the chance to help students develop the functional and motor skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Youll work with a diverse K12 caseload, partnering with educators and families to promote independence and student success in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Evaluate students to identify needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Track progress, update goals, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with guidelines
What Were Looking For:
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organized documentation
