Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Experience with school-aged or pediatric populations (high school experience preferred)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY eligibility
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to high school students onsite
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
