Job Description

This full-time (preferred), contract opportunity also welcomes strong part-time candidates. Youll work onsite, providing high-quality speech-language services to a diverse pediatric population, making meaningful impacts throughout the academic year. Both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license with teaching certification
  • Completed district fingerprinting (or willingness to complete upon hiring)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in working with different ages and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy tailored to student IEP goals
  • Participate in assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Document interventions and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
  • Attend IEP and faculty meetings as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team
  • Adapt to varying caseloads (to be discussed in the interview)
