Step into a rewarding role supporting student success for the 2026-2027 school year in a dynamic school environment near Stuart, Florida. This full-time (preferred), contract opportunity also welcomes strong part-time candidates. Youll work onsite, providing high-quality speech-language services to a diverse pediatric population, making meaningful impacts throughout the academic year. Both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF professionals are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license with teaching certification
- Completed district fingerprinting (or willingness to complete upon hiring)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility in working with different ages and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy tailored to student IEP goals
- Participate in assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Document interventions and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Attend IEP and faculty meetings as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team
- Adapt to varying caseloads (to be discussed in the interview)
