Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for seven Speech-Language Pathologists to provide vital services within a K-12 school setting in St. Lucie, FL. This contract role offers the chance to support students' communication development and foster educational growth across a diverse age group.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
  • Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with educators, families, and students

Role Details:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Located in Stuart, FL, providing services to a supportive school community
  • Contract position offering professional experience within an educational environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate speech goals into academic settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings and support a multidisciplinary approach to student success
