Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and SLP certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations, from Pre-School to High School
- Strong background in early childhood and school-aged speech-language services
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable providing services for diverse needs across multiple grade groups: Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and carry out tailored therapy plans for students
- Participate in the development and review of IEPs with multidisciplinary teams
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
