Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and SLP certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, from Pre-School to High School
  • Strong background in early childhood and school-aged speech-language services
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable providing services for diverse needs across multiple grade groups: Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and carry out tailored therapy plans for students
  • Participate in the development and review of IEPs with multidisciplinary teams
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
