Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process, documentation, and progress tracking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work both independently and collaboratively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
• Accurately maintain records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and training sessions as needed
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students

Role Details:

• Contract runs July 27th, 2026 through May 28th, 2027
• 37.5 hours per week following the school calendar
• Engage with students across one or more Winchester area school locations
