Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Active Connecticut (CT) Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models

• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech-language assessments for students across K-12 settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs and promote inclusive educational experiences
