Qualifications & Experience:

• Current MA license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students.
• Ability to perform speech/language assessments and deliver targeted interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in an elementary school setting.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in line with best practices.
• Maintain ongoing communication with educators and families about student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams to support student learning goals.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements.
