Qualifications & Experience:
- Current MA license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students.
- Ability to perform speech/language assessments and deliver targeted interventions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in an elementary school setting.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in line with best practices.
- Maintain ongoing communication with educators and families about student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams to support student learning goals.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements.
