Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Georgia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFYs considered
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations welcomed
• Solid understanding of IEP process and IDEA guidelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students progress
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, sessions, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
• Provide resources and guidance to parents and school personnel as needed
