A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school near North St. Paul, MN, offering a contract position with a start date aligned with the beginning of the school year, starting October 30th. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and requires an active Minnesota SLP license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all services and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of students across K-12 grades
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families
