Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current, active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively work with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, student-focused environment
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions for students at various grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the evaluation and review process
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Support students with a wide variety of speech and language needs, promoting a positive, inclusive school experience
