Key Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for Michigan
- Experience working with elementary-age children (K5)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and collaborate with educators and families
What Youll Do:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges among elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support academic and social success
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
