Key Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license for Michigan
• Experience working with elementary-age children (K5)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and collaborate with educators and families

What Youll Do:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges among elementary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support academic and social success
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
