This full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist near Sterling Heights, MI. Youll work with K12 students, collaborating with educators and families to make meaningful progress with a diverse caseload.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active SLP credentials (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Licensure for Michigan or eligibility to obtain license
- Strong clinical background in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in K12
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress updates
- Offer support for students academic engagement and social participation through targeted interventions
