Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach with a focus on student-centered care
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement personalized speech-language therapy services for one dedicated student
• Document progress and maintain detailed records per district standards
• Work closely with educational staff, caregivers, and other professionals to support student success
• Adapt therapy methods to suit the unique learning environment and needs of the student
• Participate in meetings or consultations as requested to plan and review services
