Make a meaningful impact as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist supporting one student's communication needs within a specialized school setting near Sterling Heights, MI. This is a contract-based opportunity designed for professionals who thrive by delivering individualized attention and fostering student progress. The assignment is part-time, commencing as soon as possible and running through June 5th, 2026.

Youll collaborate with a dedicated educational team to ensure the student receives speech-language services tailored to their unique environment and learning style.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with a focus on student-centered care
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement personalized speech-language therapy services for one dedicated student
- Document progress and maintain detailed records per district standards
- Work closely with educational staff, caregivers, and other professionals to support student success
- Adapt therapy methods to suit the unique learning environment and needs of the student
- Participate in meetings or consultations as requested to plan and review services
