Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid North Carolina SLP License
- North Carolina Teaching Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy sessions in small groups and one-on-one settings
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
