Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students with a range of communication challenges
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Utilize both direct and virtual therapy modalities for flexible service delivery
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
