This contract opportunity allows you to provide expert care and support in a flexible, 0.4 FTE role, serving a diverse school community located near Stanwood, WA. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students with a range of communication challenges
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Utilize both direct and virtual therapy modalities for flexible service delivery
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
