Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Current, active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly desired
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school students
- Solid foundation in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students
- Conducting assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Facilitating group and one-on-one therapy sessions across age groups
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing progress reports
- Educating families and teachers on strategies to support students progress
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, supportive school culture
