Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with pediatric populations, including Pre-K/Pre-School, Kindergarten, and Elementary through High School students
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication development for children and adolescents
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse age groupsGrades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and parents

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload spanning Pre-K through high school students
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders within an educational environment
  • Create and implement individualized intervention plans tailored for each students unique needs
  • Document progress and maintain detailed session notes compliant with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster lasting student success
  • Assist in developing and modifying classroom strategies, accommodations, and supports for speech and language needs
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of student goals
