Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Current, active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly desired
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Solid foundation in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students
  • Conducting assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Facilitating group and one-on-one therapy sessions across age groups
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing progress reports
  • Educating families and teachers on strategies to support students progress
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, supportive school culture
