Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and progress monitoring documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, evaluation, and diagnosis for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records relating to student progress and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings, as well as ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Adapt therapy techniques and resources to meet diverse student needs
