Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working in-person for the 2026-2027 school year. This role covers multiple K-12 buildings in a supportive district near Springfield, OR, with a primary focus in Oakridge. Youll be making a meaningful impact by providing services to a caseload described as easy to manage, serving students predominantly at the elementary and high school levels who present with low behavioral concerns.

Your expertise and ability to build rapport will be valued in a district that prioritizes both staff and student well-being. This is a full-time assignment, offering between 37.5-40 hours each week in an engaging, structured school environment. Please note, this is an on-site roleremote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience delivering speech therapy in educational settings (K-12, preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide a professional reference sheet to support your application

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned students across multiple sites
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Complete timely and accurate documentation as required by district and state standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise as needed
