Take on an opportunity to provide skilled speech-language therapy services within a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person assignment is based in Oakridge, with service across multiple buildings and a K-12 caseload. The client is seeking an on-site SLP to help transition from their current virtual provider, offering consistency and direct collaboration with students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Valid and active licensure to practice as an SLP within the state.
• Previous experience or clinical work within school settings strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Organized, adaptable, and positive approach with students of varying ages.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and intervention to K-12 students as assigned.
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals related to speech, language, and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEPs as needed.
• Contribute to a positive school environment, fostering a safe and supportive classroom dynamic.
